Currently under construction, Drakestown Green is a workforce affordable housing project in northwestern New Jersey, comprising ten affordable apartments distributed in three buildings. The non-profit sponsor, Homeless Solutions, Inc., retained IGT to help design and to construct the project. IGT used its experience to help upgrade the initial design specifications in order to achieve LEED Platinum performance without exceeding the initial budget requirements of the sponsor.
